Smart Alliances is pleased to offer Passive House design services including certification.

A Passive House is an internationally recognised building standard that delivers a high-performing low energy building which provides a comfortable and healthy indoor living environment.

If you don’t wish to have a fully Certified Passive House there is also the option of a High Performing House. Our team can assist you to create warmer, drier and healthier buildings.

Resource Management Department

Our planning team can take the headache out of the resource consent process. Early discussions with our resource management consultants can identify specific issues that need to be addressed to ensure the resource consenting process is as quick and hassle free as possible

Our recent engineering recruits have settled in well, strengthening the team and enabling an improved response time to design requests.

Our experienced Geotechnical, Civil and Structural engineers can support infrastructure development projects as well as multi-disciplined development projects that combine complex Architectural and Engineering design needs.

Make use of our combined knowledge across three engineering disciplines to find an economic solution to challenging problems arising from your development.
