The last few months have been busy for our architectural team. Some of the Architects attended NZIA in:situ architectural conference in the line up were several high-profile international speakers who shared ideas around sustainability, re-use and green infrastructure.

Resource Management Update

Engineering Department Update

Jetty’s, Boatsheds, Foreshore Structures and any other structures in the coastal marine area all need a resource consent, at regular intervals these consents need to be renewed. Our Engineers and Resource Management consultants can provide our concept to completion service for designs, consents and renewals of all foreshore structures, including moorings.
